If you have decided to spend your holiday in Bulgaria, we offer short-term rental options – affordable studios/apartments from €150 per week (an excellent option for 1–2 people). For families with children, you can choose two-room apartments starting from €250/week. Villas and houses start from €500/week and will provide you with the desired level of comfort. The difference between all the options lies not only in the price, but also in the amount of free space and the presence of additional amenities – a private terrace, courtyard, relaxation and barbecue area, or a swimming pool.

In which locations can one rent accommodation through you and which destinations do you recommend for a family holiday?

Rental accommodation is available throughout Bulgaria, depending on the purpose of your visit, your budget and your preferences. If you need apartments, flats or a house for a family holiday, the ideal option is properties in popular resort towns: Sunny Beach, Burgas, Golden Sands, Varna, Pomorie, where there is everything you need for active pastimes and entertainment for the whole family. Albena has a beautiful green area and a shallow sea (ideal for families with children), while Sveti Vlas is a small village for seclusion and complete relaxation. For lovers of ski resorts, we recommend staying in Pamporovo or Bansko. We have a variety of accommodation options for a quiet holiday in a calm small town, or a lively, dynamic one for those who love fun and excitement.

What is included in rental management support from your company?

Rental support from Bulgaria Avenue agency is a complete package of services for managing your property. We help find conscientious and reliable tenants, check their details and confirm that they have the funds to pay for the rental. After that we draw up the contract, carry out the inspection and hand over the property in accordance with the handover report, and collect the rental payments (which we then transfer to you). If necessary, we resolve any issues that arise and organise minor repairs. Our company charges 15–30% of the rental income for this service – the price depends on the type of rental (daily, several months, annual). We will gladly help arrange favourable property management terms and take care of all the organisational and legal details, so that you don't have to worry about a thing!

For how long can one rent holiday accommodation and does the price change depending on the season?

You can rent accommodation in Bulgaria from 3 days up to several months, depending on the length of your trip. During the off-season, accommodation is let for a minimum of one week, and shorter periods can be agreed. If you have decided to come to Bulgaria at the height of the summer tourist season (from June to September), be prepared to pay 30–50% more for the rental than during a regular period. For example, in winter a studio in resort towns will cost from €120/week, whereas in summer – from €200. Please note: the longer the rental period, the more favourable the price.
