The apartment consists of two rooms with a separate bathroom and a living room with a dining area.

 The hotel restaurant is designed with a summer garden with 100 seats. The interior design is executed in the style of Roman architecture and completely merges with the authentic vision of the Old Town of Nessebar. It meets all modern requirements for a mass provider. Furniture made of natural wood,  a professional kitchen and bar are equipped, including professional food and drink trolleys, pantry, lift to the kitchen; the necessary ventilation and air conditioning are provided, there is wireless internet. It meets all the requirements for food safety HACCP.

The summer garden is equipped with wrought-iron tables and chairs, there is an open bar, a garden floral composition. The reception desk harmonises with the overall style of the hotel interior with stylish decorative wall panels, has a cosy lounge area, an aquarium and offers intriguing internet.

 The hotel has a conference hall with 37 seats, a projector, DVD, wireless internet, a sound system, air conditioning and ventilation. The hall is served by an office with a computer system and a fully equipped business bar with 16 seats, with an adjacent kitchen unit for hot and cold cuisine, and a bathroom. The hotel has a professional laundry and dryer, as well as rooms for service personnel with a cloakroom and bathroom.
