“Mesembria” is the ancient name of Nessebar, the old city located not far from the complex. The town is famous for its well-preserved beautiful amphitheatre by the sea and its ancient churches.

Not far from the entrance to the “Mesembria Resort” complex begins the promenade leading to the peninsula on which Old Nessebar is situated. On the isthmus leading to the old part of town stands the famous windmill, which has become the recognisable symbol of Nessebar.

From the residential complex it is a 2-minute ride by city bus to Nessebar or a 10-minute walk, and 5 minutes by bus to the centre of Sunny Beach.

“Mesembria” is built by the sea in a quiet part of the resort, surrounded by all the infrastructure needed for daily life. Nearby there is a large supermarket, a medical centre, a sports complex and a tennis court. 

This region has an excellent ecology and unique nature –  the complex is built next to a protected area of sand dunes. 

For those who have no desire to travel or to leave the grounds of the complex at all, “Mesembria Resort” offers everything needed for a carefree holiday:

The part of the complex in which apartments can be purchased is a 6-storey building housing 145 apartments.

Apartments can be purchased with an area ranging from 29 to 96 sq. m. Each flat has one or two bathrooms (with shower and toilet), one or two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen and a cosy terrace.

The interior space is well thought out and functionally zoned to make the most of the living area. 

The complex maintenance fee is 10 euro per sq. m. per year excluding VAT.
