The premium-class Arena 2 residential complex consists of 6 residential blocks. Each has a lift. In total there are 197 studios and apartments.

• Due to the fairly large number of offers, a two-room apartment can be bought at a price of €1310/sq. m. Small flats can be found within €60,000, and luxurious apartments up to €139,000.
• When planning to buy a three-room apartment, you should count on a budget of more than €130,000, with the square metre costing more than €1600.
