The residential complex is represented by three types of property:

• Studios. A one-room flat suitable for renting out, living and holidaying can be bought with an area of between 31 and 37 sq. m. • Two-room flats are bright, cosy and perfect for year-round living. In summer they are in high demand among tourists. The area of the apartments is between 62 and 72 sq. m. The top-floor flats are equipped with a large balcony, thanks to which the total area can reach 110 sq. m. Some apartments have 2 balconies. The standard layout includes two rooms with access to a balcony, a bathroom with shower and a hallway with enough space to install a wardrobe, a washing machine or an additional fridge. The living room is spacious with dedicated zones for the kitchen, relaxation and dining.
• Summer Dreams offers three-room apartments with an area of between 94 and 140 sq. m. All the flats are spacious and perfectly suited for large families with children arriving for the summer holidays or those who have chosen Sunny Beach as their permanent home. The flats have two bedrooms, two bathrooms, one or two balconies, a living room and a hallway. The bedrooms are cosy and large enough to fit a wardrobe and a double bed. One of them has its own bathroom and access to a separate balcony. In the living room you can arrange a cosy relaxation area or an additional sleeping place. The kitchen and dining room are also located here. The entrance to the shared bathroom is from a convenient hallway.
