Tarantula, Slanchev Bryag

The Tarantula complex is located in the western part of Bulgaria's largest seaside resort, Sunny Beach. A wide sandy beach with a gentle entry into the sea is 600 metres away. The area where the complex is situated is quiet, yet well developed and well connected. Nearby are the "Mladost" supermarket, which operates year-round, shops, cosy cafes, a pharmacy, a bus stop and more.

The Tarantula building is located on a plot of 1,200 sq.m. The building consists of a single six-storey entrance with a modern silent lift. The block contains 20 two-room flats of approximately 65 sq.m., 8 one-room apartments of approximately 37 sq.m., and 4 studios of approximately 31 sq.m. each. The total area also includes the notional area of the common parts. The flats are located above the ground floor, on four residential storeys and on the attic storey.
