• Twice a month, and sometimes more often (depending on weather conditions), the apartment is aired out and checked for pests and damage. Management company staff check the humidity level and clean the balcony drain.
• Around 15 October a check is made to ensure that electrical appliances and water taps are switched off, and that there are no food scraps or rubbish. 
• In low temperatures, to prevent water pipes from bursting and property being damaged by frost, heating is switched on in the apartment.

In each of the five residential buildings of the complex you can buy a studio, one-bedroom or two-bedroom apartment with a view of the pool or the town. It doesn't matter on which floor you buy the property – each has its own advantages.

• In one-bedroom apartments, in addition to a living room with a kitchen unit and a recreation area, there is a bedroom, and in some also a convenient little hallway. Depending on the floor, the apartment comes with a patio or a balcony. The area is from 48 to 70 sq. m. The convenient layout of the apartments makes them suitable for families with children. The apartments are very popular among citizens of Israel, Bulgaria and EU countries.
• Two-bedroom apartments are a great option for family living and holidays. On an area of 65 to 72 square metres a family with children or a couple who love hosting guests can be wonderfully accommodated. The apartment consists of a spacious living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom, a hallway and a balcony.
