• Two-room apartments in Villa Astoria 3 are comfortable for living and holidays. The floor area of the apartments is almost the same – from 59 to 61 sq. m. The apartments have a hallway, bathroom, living room and bedroom. Both rooms give access to the balcony. The hallway is small, but large enough to fit a small wardrobe and some furniture. The bathroom is combined and fitted with a shower or shower cabin and a washbasin. In the bedroom you can place a double bed, a wardrobe and bedside tables. The living rooms are spacious; they have a relaxation area, a kitchen corner and space for a wardrobe and television.
• The layout of Villa Astoria 3 residential complex does not include three-room apartments. However, if desired, you can buy a studio and a two-room apartment and combine them into one spacious apartment.
