The “Sunny Day” complexes are located in the largest resort of Sunny Beach, on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast, 36 km north of Burgas and approximately 90 km south of Varna.
The resort sits in a small bay on the eastern side, sheltered from the north by the slopes of the Stara Planina mountains. Sunny Beach has a long, wide beach of fine golden sand and natural dunes, a clean and gently sloping seabed, and a sea free of dangerous fish. There are 1,700 hours of sunshine here from May to September, with an average daily summer temperature of +27 degrees. The climate is Mediterranean.

The history of the Sunny Day complexes
In 2002 the developer company began work on the Sunny Day Sunny Beach project.
Sunny Day is a chain of residential complexes with swimming pools in Sunny Beach. The immediate success of Sunny Day 1 led to the creation of six more complexes.
The Sunny Day 1 complex is located 300 metres from the charming beaches and sand dunes of Sunny Beach and from Cacao Beach, Disco Cacao Beach and Spalni beaches, close to the main Burgas-Varna road.
The Sunny Day 1 complex was built in 2005. The building has seven floors, an elevator, and stands on a plot of 4,000 sq.m, comprising 120 one- and two-bedroom apartments.
The complex features an outdoor swimming pool with a separate children's section, a restaurant offering a rich menu, and a bar where you can enjoy a refreshing drink during the day.
There is a playground for the youngest guests.

Sunny Day 2
"Sunny Day 2" is the second project in the chain of resort complexes built and managed by the construction company, all of whose projects have been successfully completed and sold. It is an ideal place to enjoy a wonderful holiday.
Here you will find various amenities such as an outdoor swimming pool with a restaurant and bar, a reception desk, shops, parking and so on, all available to holidaymakers.
You can buy an inexpensive studio in "Sunny Day 2" on Sunny Beach with a floor area of 36 sq.m from as little as 14,000 euros.

Sunny Day 3 PREMIUM – the jewel in the crown of the Sunny Day complexes
Sunny Day 3 PREMIUM is located on the outskirts of Sunny Beach – a place with plenty of entertainment options. The complex is in a quiet area, one kilometre from the wide beaches and the largest water park in Bulgaria.
Attractions in the area include a professional golf course near Kableshkovo, designed by Gonzales & Jacobsen (7 km), and the UNESCO-protected old town of Nessebar (4 km from the complex).
Burgas Airport is just 24 km from Sunny Day 3 (20 minutes by car), and Varna Airport is approximately 90 km away.

The complex has Act 15. It is located 3.5 km from the resort town of Sunny Beach and 4 km from the sea. In the immediate vicinity lies the village of Tankovo, whose population lives there year-round, with several shops and a church.
*A particularity of the Sunny Day 5 and 6 complexes is that they do not have Act 16. This does not prevent owners from using their homes and holidaying by the sea. Nevertheless, be careful and pay attention to the documents.
