Each complex is unique. There are seven of them in total, with one more planned. All of them, with the exception of Sweet Homes 6 New Line, are located in the centre of the resort. The distance to the sea is 450–500 m, and to the water park is between 50 and 200 m. 

In the immediate vicinity there are shops, bars, restaurants offering national and international cuisine, cafes, pharmacies, and car rental outlets. 

The complexes operate a system that allows residents to use the infrastructure of every one of them. You can visit the parks, restaurants, fitness centres and spa centre even if you are staying at Sweet Homes 5 while the services are provided at Sweet Homes 1, 6 or 8. Sweet Homes 1

An elegant seven-storey residential building surrounded by beautifully landscaped grounds with a swimming pool and car park, located in the centre of Sunny Beach. There is a fitness centre on site. In the spa centre you can relax and treat your body to beneficial procedures. At your disposal are a steam room, a Finnish sauna, and an ice room. If you prefer, you can simply relax on a sofa with a foot bath. The Jacuzzi is perfect for those who do not enjoy extreme heat and simply want to enjoy the calm of warm, massaging water. In the massage room, professionals will relieve the tension that has built up from constant stress and noisy city life. 

For children there is a swimming pool and a play area.

Sweet Homes 3

On the grounds of this complex you will find a fitness room, a hammam and a Finnish sauna. The outdoor swimming pool is built in the shape of a pearl and is equipped with a hydromassage feature. Nearby there are relaxation areas, a barbecue, fountains and gazebos.

The highlight is a Japanese garden. On the roof of the residential building there is a panoramic terrace.
