In their free time from their favourite hobby, they can swim in the sea, take walks and spend time with their grandchildren. 

The famous ancient cities of Nessebar and Sozopol, having seen off in autumn their numerous tourists who love history and antiquity, turn into a favourite destination for fishermen. The best spots for fishing are taken with the first rays of the sun. Those who live in their own flat or house in these cities have a huge advantage. Prices for housing near the sea are high. But apartments rent out beautifully in summer and are suitable for year-round living.

Property in Sveti Vlas and Pomorie is also of interest to fishermen. There is housing here without a service fee. Those who buy a flat for permanent living have access to shops, schools, medical centres and public transport. 

Property near rivers and lakes

Small rural houses are cheap. For the best fishing in the Burgas region, buyers choose property in Burgas, Pomorie and Sozopol. There are many reservoirs located near these cities. The market offers flats from developers, as well as resale properties.

In villages not far from the Veleka and Fakiyska rivers, the Mandra and Vaya lakes, and numerous ponds, modern cottages and inexpensive houses suitable for year-round living are for sale. Some can be used as country homes.

Rural property for hunting

Bulgaria is rich in hunting grounds. There are many forests and reservoirs here. Hunting for wild boar, deer and ducks is popular.
