The green, well-kept Marina Cape complex consists of four sections. Most of the apartments offer a view of the sea. Ground-floor apartments with access to their own garden are often chosen by families with children and by retirees. The shops here operate year-round. There is a school, a stadium, a kindergarten, and cafes. All this makes it possible to buy an apartment near the Aheloy yacht marina for permanent residence.
