Varna is Bulgaria's third-largest city and its maritime capital. It is located in north-eastern Bulgaria. Varna is a tourist centre and a starting point for travelling to many resorts along the northern Bulgarian Black Sea coast.

Briz neighbourhood VarnaThe Briz neighbourhood is located in the eastern part of Varna in the Primorski district; on the southern side it borders the Chaika neighbourhood, and on the northern side – the Sveti Nikola district.

Briz is one of the newest and most dynamically developing residential neighbourhoods of the city.

The undeniable advantages of the area are its proximity to the Sea Garden and the resorts, as well as the magnificent sea view that opens up here even from the lower floors of the buildings.

The largest diagnostic, treatment and consultative university hospital complex in north-eastern Bulgaria is located in the area, serving people from all over the country – MHAT St. Marina. The neighbourhood is close to the Technical University of Varna. There are 3 schools, 3 hypermarkets: Piccadilly, Billa, Kaufland, 4 hotels, a shopping centre, banks, and restaurants.

The area has convenient transport connections with the city centre and tourist complexes. The surrounding area is served by 13 bus lines and 1 trolleybus line of public transport.

Apartments in the Briz neighbourhoodWithin the framework of the "Integrated Urban Transport of Varna" project, a cycle path has been built which will connect the centre with neighbouring schools, and a rapid bus line has been created that will connect the Briz district with the Vladislav Varnenchik district.

In the very centre of the neighbourhood there is an impressive park – a monument to Bulgarian-Soviet friendship, from which a breathtaking sea view opens up; it is an attractive place for walking and sports activities.

In the Briz area, the cost per square metre of completed housing starts from 950 euros; in new-build developments the price depends on the construction stage of the building. At the very "green" stage, when the building permit is issued, an apartment can be acquired at a price starting from 800 euros per square metre.

The average price of an apartment with 1 bedroom, which consists of a living room combined with a kitchen, a bedroom, a hallway, a bathroom and a balcony, with an area of 56–65 sq.m, is from 60,000 euros and above. A two-room apartment in the Evergreen residential building, which is one of the best in the whole of Varna, can be purchased for 60,145 euros. A panoramic, spacious apartment next to the Seaside Park is offered for 56,000 euros. At the construction stage it can be purchased for 52,000–54,000 euros, with an interest-free instalment plan for 1–2 years. An affordable apartment in a residential building, directly from the developer with an instalment plan, is offered on our website for 43,300 euros.

A three-room apartment with a panoramic sea view, with an area of 180 m, can be bought for 139,000 euros.

There are also houses for sale in the Briz neighbourhood. A townhouse with 4 bedrooms 2 km from the seashore is offered for 275,000 euros. A house with an area of 300 sq.m is offered for 325,000 euros.
