Today we would like to acquaint our readers with the story of Maria Kapitan, a student at Varna Medical University who bought a flat in Varna and moved to Bulgaria from Odesa.

“I remember that I often travelled to Bulgaria as a child; I always loved this country very much and thought: «How I would love to live here!». I especially loved coming to Varna. 

When I finished school and was deciding which university to enrol in, I thought, why not try to enrol in Bulgaria? And so, after passing all the exams, I got into Varna, into the medical university, just as I had dreamed. It seems to me that Varna is the perfect city: quiet, peaceful, beautiful, the sea nearby, so many lovely places...

After enrolling, I lived in the halls of residence for the first year in order to adapt and brush up on my Bulgarian by talking with others. 

In the middle of the first year, we decided that in the second year it would be better to buy a flat and move. 

That is when we met Evgenia and Dmitry from Bulgaria Avenue, who are true professionals in their field. We are very grateful to them for finding us wonderful flat options in a short space of time. Once we had made up our minds and decided to purchase, all the paperwork issues were also sorted out very quickly and smoothly thanks to Evgenia and Dmitry. 

As of today, the renovation of the flat is nearly finished and I cannot wait to move in!
