The resort is located on a plain at the foot of the Stara Planina mountain. Within the “Royal Club” territory there are: 3 A-la-Carte restaurants, a patisserie and a night club, a water park, activities and entertainment such as mini-golf, tennis and much more. For the youngest guests there is a children's club, an open playground and professional animators. Theatrical performances, mini-concerts and show programmes are organised at the complex's amphitheatre arena.

Apartments in the following complexes are popular:

• ”Andalucia Beach” / Andalucia Beach. A secondary-market apartment in the complex by the sea and with a panoramic view, with an area of 66 sq.m, can be bought at a price of 38,000 euros. In Andalucia Beach the maintenance fee is small, 12€ per sq.m/year.
• “Atrium Beach” / Atrium Beach, of similar styling to Andalucia Beach, stands on the first sea line. The price per sq.m is on average 650 euros and above. A studio with a terrace in the Atrium Beach complex, with an area of 28 sq.m, is offered at a price of 18,500€. The annual maintenance fee is low — 12€/sq.m.
• “Royal Marina Beach” / Royal Marina Beach offers different types of apartments in Elenite. A studio with an area of 36 sq.m can be bought at a price of 28,500 euros.
• Apartments in Villa Romana Elenite / Villa Romana Elenite, on the secondary market, with an area of 106 sq.m and 2 bedrooms cost from 69,000 euros. The price per sq.m is 650€. In Villa Romana Elenite the annual maintenance fee is set at 12€ euros per sq.m.

The developer Fort Noks / Fort Noks has built complexes in Elenite: Privilege Fort Beach, Messambria Fort Beach. These complexes have received excellent reviews from clients and guests.

In 2011 another construction company appeared on the real estate market in Elenite, which managed to build the Villa Astoria / Villa Astoria complexes. This complex has apartments for sale both from the developer and on the secondary market. There is the possibility to purchase housing in instalments. All the complexes have a well-maintained territory, swimming pools and security. The secondary-market price for a studio in the Villa Astoria complex starts from 16,000 euros, for a 1-bedroom apartment (two-room apartment) from 32,000 euros, and for a 2-bedroom apartment (three-room apartment) from 45,000 euros.
