We work with you individually. Our aim is for you to gain the greatest benefit from your visit, to be satisfied with your choice, to save your time and to get the most out of the trip.

Familiarisation tour programme

Day 1: we meet you in Bulgaria. Hotel check-in, consultation, introduction to your broker.

Day 2: viewings of the best properties on the Northern coast.

Northern coast: Golden Sands, Saint Constantine and Helena, Varna, Byala.

Day 3: viewings on the Southern coast: Elenite, Sveti Vlas, Sunny Beach, Nessebar, Ravda, Burgas, Sozopol.

*** Depending on your property preferences, individual viewings can be arranged, covering either a narrower range of regions or a more extensive one.

Day 4: individual viewings, decision-making, reserving property, signing contracts, consultation with lawyers, opening a bank account.

A group trip is an opportunity to:

• obtain the largest discounts on our properties (from 5 to 15%)

The tour is organised FREE OF CHARGE (subject to the purchase of the selected property) and includes the following:

-arrangement of a visa and insurance policy (all state fees and the cost of insurance are paid by the client);

-reservation and booking of return tickets (payment for tickets is at the client's expense);

-transfer;

-accommodation in a 4-star hotel (4 days and 3 nights - accommodation is paid by the client).
