What are the utility charges in Bulgaria?

As for utility bills in Bulgaria, all services are paid according to meters. Owners of flats and houses pay only for the electricity, water and gas (if available) they consume, as well as for communication services (telephone, television, internet). The electricity tariff depends on the time of day (it is cheaper at night). There is no rent charge.

The charges for utility services are as follows:
